    Each lesson is one hour long, providing ample time for warm-up, focused training, and a cool-down period with feedback and next steps.


  • How do I book a lesson?

  • What should I bring to my lesson?

    Players should come prepared with their glove, bat, and any other personal equipment they typically use. Wearing appropriate athletic attire and shoes is also recommended. If you're unsure, feel free to ask us for a specific list based on your chosen focus area.

  • Can I book lessons in a series or package?

    Yes, we offer lesson packages that allow you to book multiple sessions at once, often at a discounted rate. Booking a series of lessons is a great way to commit to your development and see consistent improvement over time.
